Club Strength Personal Training is tailored to the individual needs of each of my clients. When I am with you, I am focused on you.
The wide range of elite Personal Training services include Private Training, Semi-Private Training, Group Training and Specialty Training, for Women, Kids and Teens. Together, we’ll create a plan designed just for you and your body that will meet your needs, address any obstacles, and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Work one on one with me at a pace comfortable for you. Each session is one hour in length and includes a warm up and flexibility.
Group Training
Semi-Private Training (2) or Group Training (3+) is a great option for people who prefer to have their fitness journey be a social experience with friends. Group Training is a fun way to add accountability to your workouts. Working as a team keeps us working hard! Make sure you ask about group prices.
Kid/Teen Training
Whether you child is a 5 year old or a High school student, fitness is an important part of being healthy. Club Strength offers sessions for Athletes specifically looking to improve their performance , as well as sessions for the kids/teens who are looking to simply improve their physical fitness.
