Although I work a lot with competitive gymnasts, any athlete, no matter the sport or skill level, will benefit from these sessions.  Goal Setting,  Confidence,  Overcoming Fear,  Positive Self Talk ,  Visualization, and Competition Readiness, are just some of the aspects of sport we will focus on.    Not one athlete is the same , so book a free consult to discuss the needs of your athlete.
