NUTRITION COACHING

 when it comes to nutrition and health, Club Strength sees each member as an individual.  We all have different nutritional needs, lifestyles and tastes.  There is not  a “one size fits all” approach to gain optimal nutrition.  we will work together to make and attain nutrition goals that will improve your health, fitness and confidence.  

Green Goodness

Nutrition Coaching visits are usually 30 minutes long (usually online).    During the first visit we will go over an initial interview form that will be completed before the visit. Using this tool we will delve into your unique  history, concerns, nutrition and lifestyle.  We will set goals, discuss meal planning, grocery lists and most importantly, change habits! 

Combine this service with Personal Training sessions for an even more productive wellness transformation.
