ONLINE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Lets supplement your Personal Training sessions with an at home/gym workout program for you to follow.   These workout programs are usually 2 or 3 days per week and are sent directly to your phone or computer to follow.  Whether you are working out at the gym or in your home, I will tailor your program to what you have available to work with.  No weights? NO PROBLEM!  are short on time? NO PROBLEM!  It does not matter if you belong to a gym, or will need to workout in your living room,  you will have a program that works for you!  This is also perfect for women who do not participate in Personal Training and just need a little more direction or structure in their workouts.   Don't forget to ask about the Kids and Teen at home workouts!
