summer sessions consist of 2 hour classes, 2, 3 or 4 days per week. (ask about special sessions for dancers and INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS)​

athlete will work on:

  • Sports specific conditioning

  • overall fitness

  • understanding of how the muscles work and what muscles are used to execute a skill/exercise

  • nutrition 

  • productive goal setting

  • team building

  • confidence and mindset

SESSIONS WILL BE HELD AT ELOQUENCE DANCE CENTER (Littleton)
